Places like Spokeo are usually "Paid for" services.
Most scam victims can't afford to purchase those services.
Those services can generate a lot of "False Positive" results which means anyone who doesn't do more research can end up with inaccurate findings.
The most useful way to find out if an E-mail address is being used for scamming is to simply Google the E-mail address. If the suspected E-mail address is being used for scamming and has been reported online somewhere, Google will usually find it.
Simply put, we here at ScamSurvivors do not use any of those services and find no reason why we should.
"Look for the lies."
