It is noted that you have deliberately refused the claim of your
payment/s WHY?Please explain .

Your payment file had been forwarded to my office from the ( Budget
and Planning Commission ) under Office of the President( Federal
Republic Of Nigeria ) to normalize , approved and recommend you for
payment by our Apex Bank to effect your payment through our offshore
paying Bank in Europe .

This is due to the just concluded meeting held between Our sincere
new President ( Mohammadu Buhari ) and American Government Officials
that represented President Obama of United States Of America to make
sure all our foreign debts are fully paid .Payments to be settled are
contracts executed in between 1980 to year 2000 .If your contract
falls in-between this period of time , Do not fail to contact this
office back for the release of your payment as soon as you can either
by telephone call or E-mail accordingly . On contacting us , do not
fail to forward your contract particulars for verification .



It is also imperative to let you know that your payment is ready for
settlement either through our Paying Bank or by Cash Payment system
but you need to contact this office for the normalization of your
payment file and also forwarded it to our Payment Contact for the
transfer/delivery of your payment .

It also came to our notice that you had spent so much money to
Government Agencies here in Nigeria and abroad without you getting
your payment released to you and most of such officials now are
undergoing queries to know why such things should happen in a great
country like Nigeria.


Now we are assuring you that every modalities is in place for this
