Dear All,
I have been approached by a company in Benin to supply some of our brands. They wish to have samples before to put through tasting so that they can get orders.

My worry is that they have already submitted an order without the samples so far so on the basis that we trade global currently we think this is not genuine and is leading to some financial outlay somewhere later in the story.

Oddly enough the phone number brings a hit to a face book page for a tattoo shop in the Netherlands.

My advice is that if you think it's a scam then it probably is.

One of the other Mods may take a look and find something else soon.

Do you have any sample E-mails from them along with the E-mail header?

It might help us to determine for sure what you have here.

HUGE RED FLAG. Real companies do not have any problem fulfilling normal business procedures. Scammers will also make up fictitious agencies or government authorities, and try to get advance fee payments for their own "standard business procedure in our country."
