Picture used - already reported online for being used with the email address frankleo865@yahoo.com, the scammer claiming to be located in San Jose, California. On Skype, the email address is used with the location Miami, Florida.

The same picture was used on Spark, in 2009, by someone claiming to be 49 years old from Pierre, SD:

this polio disease. They are responding to treatment and am happy
