Publishers Clearing House advertises that ""a person needs not make a purchase in order to participate in it's sweepstakes."" A purchase would not increase the chances of them winning. That is b.s.! As a purchase (they should tell the truth) is that it does. How do I know? I received their contest/mail order letter. I had noticed the ""You have not ordered in a while, please reconsider."" Knowing this is how they come up with the prize money, I ordered and left the envelope on the shelve to mail. I received another contest entry in the mail. Not wanting to waste stamps, I filled out the next contest entry (because I already ordered on the other entry), I did not order on this one. I put the previous envelope into the newest entry, sealed it and mailed it. That was about a month ago. Guess what?! I still have yet to receive my order!!!!! Which tells me that because P.C.H. did not see an order in that envelope, they tossed the whole entry out!!! Otherwise if they were abiding by their own guidelines (and not the lying scuzzess that they truly are) they would have opened a l l entries and saw my order and processed it!!! So now I know the rest of the story.

I just received a phone call from 876-250-2690 and was told by Michael Anderson - truck drive to contact Raymond Kennedy at 876-810-9201 to receive my Publishers Clearing House 955,500 and a Mercedes Benz but I would need to go into a store and get card and put money on it. First he stated to put $499.00 and then when I stated I don't have money he stated to put $100.00 on it. To make a long story short, he ended up hanging up on me because I started questioning. Is this a scam?

Jamaica Tel. Co. (Jm) Landline in Jamaica

I was called today by a James Williiam Jackson claiming he was from publishers clearing house and that I won 2.5 million dollars and brand new mercedes benz. I told him that i know that this is fraud and he swore on his kids lives that this was real so I sent him 55.00 dollars on a greendot card. He said the prize patrol would be here at 3 pm. I waited and waited til 330 and nothing. So I called the real Publishers Clearing house scam hotline and made a report with them. I also called local sheriff office and they are calling me back when they are not busy to make a case and take a report.

Once again, keep us posted on any development with the Security Company, in relation to your lottery winnings.

Before your winnings was released to SKYNET GLOBAL SERVICE a hard cover insurance policy was placed on your winnings by the publishers Clearing House the reason is to avoid any harm or illegal channeling due to this, deduction of any amount of money from your funds can not be done from your check. The instructions given in line with the rules and regulation of the USA and England gaming board is once the $850,000.00 US dollars check is been delivered to you, then you are expected to deposit the check in your personal bank account and there is a certain assurance that the entire Eight Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars you have won will be accredited into your bank account.

Due to mix up of some numbers and names, we ask that you keep your winning information confidential until your claims have been fully processed and your money remitted to you. This is part of our security protocol to avoid multiple claims and unwarranted abuse of this program by some participants.

Congratulations once again. Best Regards,
