Debts In this regards, and due to the good and positive result we receive
from this meeting, a Total sum of US$1.3 Billion U.S Dollars have been
approved from the supplementary Budget Bill which was approved by the
Upper house of Assemble recently to pay all Foreigner whose payment have
been hanging since till date.

Without wasting much of time, the above authorities have decided to
introduce a new payment system to empower all beneficiaries to receive
their outstanding payment without any more stress. You hereby advice to
apply for deduction clearance Form this certificate will empower central
Bank of Nigeria to deduct all official charges and to obtain all relevant
remittance documents on your behalf.

Based on this instruction, to obtain the Clearance Form will cost you the
sum of $120 dollars only, note, this fee is the only outstanding fee you
will spent to enable you have your fund transfer into your providing bank
account, no more additional fee required of any kind. The authority advice
that you should not see this fee as an upfront fee NO! Is just to make
sure your transfer documents is been issue for the transfer of your fund
