POWER/AUTHORITY TO CONFISCATE OUTSTANDING CONTRACT/INHERITANCE PAYMENT.


In lieu of the subject matter above you are by this notice informed that the newly democratically elected Government in Nigeria headed by Gen. Muhammadu buhari GCFR {retired} has been granted legal powers to confiscate all outstanding approved contracts or inheritance funds whose beneficiaries have repeatedly failed to comply with their financial obligations.


Without prejudice I wish to draw your attention to the president’s elect inauguration speech wherein he stated that some of these outstanding debts are subject to name calling hence bringing bad name to the Nigerian nation among the international community. To the contrary constitutionally it is not the fault of Nigeria or that of its Central Bank Bank {CBN} that most beneficiaries are yet to be paid rather most beneficiaries have refused to follow due process of the law by paying to official channels their financial obligations.


Be further informed that constitutionally the Central Bank of Nigeria {CBN} or any commercial Bank under it has no official powers to deduct or Waive any official financial obligation due and payable by any beneficiary who have not procured either of the following stated here under.


{1} Irrevocable Deduction Bond.

{2} Presidential Waiver Bond.


It is therefore recommended that all approved beneficiaries pay their official approved fees upfront in advance to official channels/persons and obtain official payment receipts. In a meeting with the heads of the {IMF} International Monetary Fund, World Bank, United Nations before the grant it was agreed that affected beneficiaries should contact the newly democratically elected president to regularize their payment within {1} calendar month. We appeal to you to make urgent contact with president Gen. Muhammadu buhari GCFR {retired} via the below stated.
