of the Vice President,the New Contract Award Committee Chairman and the
Finance Minister after the Federal Executive council Meeting held with
World Authorities in Abuja with United State Secretary Mr. John Kerry who
was in this country on Sunday 25th Jan 2015, on Monday this Bank was
directed as Nigeria Apex Bank to contact you for the release of your Long
Overdue contract/Inheritance payment as Approved through the Nigerian
National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) oil Reserve Account.

For your information the approved funds (10,500,000.00) are ready to be
remitted into your account, but we are finding it difficult to reach your
