(3) That He must conduct 2015, election sanitization workshop for Non-Violence, which will be piloted by the former United Nations Secretary-General Dr. Kofi Annam and former Common Wealth Secretary-General chief Emeka Anyaoku.

(4) That the 2015, election sanitization workshop of Non-Violence and peaceful conduct accord shall be signed by the entire major political parties Presidential Aspirants and National Chairman of their various parties.
4) That 2015, general election must be monitored and supervised by the United Nations and the International Community observers for sustainable free and fair election.

The United Nations Secretary-General in his key note address at the meeting dubbed (GENEVA ACCORD) instructed President Good luck Jonathan that upon meeting up with the above conditions precedent shall be endorsed and given nod by the United Nations and International Community for a Re-Run of the 2015, general election to be held in Nigeria come February 14th 2015. Of course President Jonathan at the meeting agreed to be abiding by the above conditions and duly signed the above conditions as instructed by the UN Secretary-General.

In the light of the above salient points, the peace agreement dubbed Abuja 2015; election sanitization workshop for Non-Violence was conducted by the former United Nations Secretary-General Dr. Kofi Annam and former Common Wealth Secretary-General Chief. Emeka Anyaoku. This sanitization exercise was held on 14th January 2015, at Abuja with glitterati of WHO-IS-WHO from the United Nations and International Community.

Now be duly informed that President Good luck Ebele Jonathan in total compliance of the above conditions by the United Nations and International Community has on Monday 2nd February 2015, approved all the foreign contract/inheritance next of kin long overdue payments to all the concerned foreign beneficiary's which of course your name is among the first (10) foreign beneficiary's approved on February 2nd 2015, by office of the Presidency Federal Republic of Nigeria to receive their long overdue payments in this first quarter of the year 2015.

Please if we reach you through this your private and confidential Email-ID as we are hopeful endeavor to get back to us as expeditiously as possible for immediate execution of your payment and earlier disbursement by the crediting bank.
