Dear,

Sequel to instruction received by the World Body and inability for Nigerians to settle Foreign debt and also after the G8 meeting, it was agreed that any country that still owing debt should use her World Bank Reserve account to settle such debt.

Henceforth, you have to desist from receiving and sending mails or phone calls to Nigerians as we don't have funds presently for any debt payment, be guided accordingly.

Consequently, We have decided to use our reserve account with World Bank in United Kingdom to settle our Foreign Debt.

Since we are aware of several obligations and outstanding bills and levies etc., it is necessary we officially waive all Taxes, Bills, to give way for a successful immediate swift funds transfer.


There is directive that upon filling and return of the World Bank Waiver Form, your account will be credited immediately by the World Bank paying agent (Commercial Bank).

In the form you have to send the Form Registration fee of GBP500,60., as soon we receive from you, how to send the money to the Debt Settlement, World Bank Representative.

There is no other condition attached as far as you are true owner of the said funds.
