Can you kindly send us an official authorization letter to back your partners letter Mr. Jones Hoffman who came to our Storage Department here in JFK AIRPORT New York today with a written note stating your state of health is getting very bad and he asked us to release and delivered your the consignment which was returned from Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport to our headquarters office here in New York to his new address in Atlanta GA which he provided. the address he submitted is not your address which raised some suspicion. We are sorry for not obeying your instruction but we need a proper authorization letter from you so we can proceed with the delivery.


The delivery will take place immediately you confirm the authenticity of the new receiving address submitted by your partner Mr. Jones Hoffman because all arrangement has been concluded with the Security Van to come and deliver the boxes by road to avoid any other circumstance that may come up in the airport if we decide to deliver through airport.


We await your urgent reply to enable us proceed with the delivery.
