Dear Sir,

This is to notify you that our office have received numerous complaints concerning the credit and debit card payment system. A commission of inquiry was setup and their findings show that most complainants lamented the “sealed monetary payment system” whereby beneficiaries are charged upfront for fees, accrued charges and taxes. The United nations in conjunction with the International Monetary fund have decided to entirely cancel the credit and debit card payment system. The decision was made on 19th November 2014 (See UN/IMF Nov 2014 Gazette/ article 14). The introduction of the “open monetary payment system” means that all payments; fees, accrued charges and taxes are henceforth to be deducted from the principal without any exceptions. Also contained in the decision document, is that all beneficiaries are entitled to backdated interest on their principal. Beneficiaries will qualify for interest only in the cases where their transaction has exceeded reasonable period as determined by the commission of inquiry to be (3 months and older).

Under no circumstance or condition should a beneficiary be liable for a bank fee or charges of any sort during the bank to bank wire transfer. Should you get charged an upfront banking fee by any appointed payment agent or bank, kindly call the number below
