mistake while transferring this overdue contract payment to you.

vital payment numbers therefore, you are qualified to register for
your telex and cable access pin codes now to receive and confirm your
payment with the Federal Government of Nigeria immediately into your
nominated bank account within 72 banking hours.

This morning a Telex signal attached with Presidential Order stamped
and signed by the president have been sent to CENTRAL BANK OF NIGERIA
REMITTANCE DEPARTMENT to contact you for the payment of your over-due
contract fund and other contractors listed. You are strongly advised
for your interest and your esteemed company to call the Director,
REMITTANCE Department Central Bank of Nigeria Mr. Adebayo Adelabu to
sort out the fluctuation marginal differential Value to your funds.
