please Kindly accept my apology for I believe you are a highly respected personality, I am writing this mail with tears, sadness and pains. I know it will come to you as a surprise since we haven't known or come across each other before , My name is Miss Juliana Williams Bright, I am 23 years old , single and never married .l am from ivory coast in West Africa, the result of civil war that was fought in my country in 2011. I had contacted the Bank to clear the deposit but the Branch Manager told me that being a refugee, my status according to the local law does not authorize me to carry out the operation. However, he advised me to provide a trustee who will stand on my behalf. I had wanted to inform my father elder brother about this deposit but I am afraid that he will not offer me anything after the release of the money. The only problem we have now is the power of attorney and the affidavit of oath that the bank said it will be issued by a lawyer here in Republic of Benin by your name that will enable them to made the transfer with you immediately. Currently After going through your mail, I discussed with the Rev. Father here in the Refugee camp, and he gave me the contact of his lawyer because you're not here in Republic of Benin to find a lawyer that will help us to make the documents on your name here!
