After the board meeting held for and on behalf of all scammed foreign
beneficiaries who have satisfactorily accomplished their obligation but did not
receive their fund due to bad behaviors of those directors that has been sacked.
I have decided vehemently and without any further regret or consideration feeling
that my brother Mr Philip Oduoza the present Director of Monitoring Unit of all
scammed victims should now be in full control of the payment. According to our
investigation of all the foreign beneficiaries, you have to stop any further
communication from any CBN department here in Nigeria or abroad.
This development is prompted by the continued delay of beneficiaries fund by
corrupt officials of the paying Bank which has led to my regime owing huge sums of
money, hence, this money which I have raised for this last quarter must be
judiciously utilized, I therefore, warn all beneficiaries with this notification
that every correspondence concerning contract payments should be immediately
directed to Mr Philip Oduoza on the contrary you are to desist from communicating
with any other official who has promised to transfer your contract fund. We have
decided to pay all the beneficiaries first quarter payment of the year 2014, the
part payment of Eight Million, Three Hundred Thousand U.S dollars (US$8,
300.000.00) immediately.
Hence, for your easy reconciliation with the monitoring unit, you are expected to
reconfirm your personal information most especially your phone number and house
address incase of delivering of ATM . This details would also serve as a back up
to endorse documents obtained in your favor. Make sure you contact Mr Philip
Oduoza and Stop every communication from any office here in Nigeria except from
(Mr Philip Oduoza) of Credit and monitoring unit of Zenith Bank of Nigeria.Also
bear in mind that i have paid for all certificates,cost of transfer or delivery in
your name as the only fee you are expected to settle with them is $70 dollars only
for the consultation fee as the rightful beneficiary to the said fund .
Your immediate co-operation on this latest instruction will help him to serve you
better and reduce the action of hoodlums who parade themselves as government
officials.
Though, I have instituted financial crime panel to arrest any default. So you have
to cooperate with (Mr Philip Oduoza) I advise you to get back to him as soon as
