Subject: Funds-----release
From: Apex Bank <info.apexbanknig@gmail.com>

Sir,

Following my take over as the Governor of Apex Bank of Nigeria and having gone through your file and observed you have not received your due fund, I went further to check the reasons and was able to know that you could not afford the pending charge of Environmental Impact Assessment fee applicable to be paid before your fund will be released and other related bank charges totaling US$365,000.00. I have personally decided to get the services of a lender who will loan the total sum of US$500,000.00 that will enable you clear up required fee / the lien and release your funds . You will be able to keep little part of the Loan while you wait for the transfer to be completed

Once you receive this email kindly send me your details such as physical mailing address, bank details, direct working telephone numbers and further information of the fund value, a copy of your valid occupation ID to my official email: info@apexbank.org

I have already started arranging the loan for you to pay the charges. I have earlier today received reports on the required loan from the lawyer Barrister Michael Jerome. I understood your concerns based on my findings which is lack of trust in our banking systems/ authorities and do note that the fund will be released through a certified bank instrument from JP Morgan Chase Bank. The lawyer have also agreed with the lender of the US$500,000.00 needed to pay fees for the completion of your funds transfer. He has agreed to lend the sum only if the agreement will be stamped/notarized at the magistrate office, So the lawyer said .He is the Lawyer who has drafted the loan agreement and he is processing it legally to protect you and the lender who insist all procedure MUST be notarized in Magistrate to indicate , that the loaned funds will be used solely to process the release of your funds, that he gets 10% of total fund transferred to you with 14 days after your transfer has got to you. Email me the information as required to kick up. Do not forget to do it. The loan will be made available to clear all cost to release the approved fund to you.
