This is to inform you that the Federal Republic of Nigeria have inaugurated a 4 men board committee known as Investigation committee from the office of the presidency Good luck Johnathan, we are assigned to carry out investigations and findings on over due contracts that have not been paid due to one reason or other and we are also assigned to find out what is the problem of the payment and make sure that it is ratified accordingly .
We are glad to inform you that we have carried out our investigation concerning your fund at CBN and have verified you as the rightful owner of the fund based on all your records with us

Therefore based on our confirmation of the fund as the true bonafide Beneficiary based on our confirmation We have been seriously trying to reach you for a quite period of time concerning payment of your fund that is due for release by CBN as we are directed to makes recommendation to CBN and finance on your behalf for payment .
In any case The office of the presidency and senate committee and Federal Ministry of Finance have approved your fund for payment by Central bank of Nigeria ( CBN ) as
been authorized and approved by investigation committee Board in charge for approvals for Central Bank to pay you in accordance to the provision of the payment regulatory law of 1974 .

For your information .all the payment documents concerning the
payment of your fund as been approved has been directed
to CENTRAL BANK OF NIGERIA on you behalf for payment notification .
This decision was made based on the findings and investigations carried
out on your contract and inheritance payment by concern authorized payment syndicate panel or board .of central bank as been inaugurated by the office of the presidency for them to be in charge of all approval of payments to those affected beneficiaries like you We are glad to inform you that your own fund was among approved for an immediate payment . but due to the fact that we heard that you are not sounding very OK on health ground makes impossible for CBN to release your fund .as needed .


Therefore based on this happening we can not do anything . But unfortunately information reaching us yesterday by one of your relation or your Attorney made us to understand that currently you had a fatal accident that affected your spinal cord and touched your brain as you can not speak or neither walk any more that you are permanently on a Wheel chair It is on this juncture one Mrs Williams Jean from Canada who is attorney by profession have tendered a letter on your behalf
as power of attorney powering her to make a claim of the
fund on your behalf and on the letter empowered her to make
a change on the receiving account on your behalf

Hopeful that you are aware that your bank account should be changed in the name of attorney Mrs. Williams jean as your
representatives. and the fund will be lodged in to her new bank
account . Please we shall appreciate it a lot if you can forward to
this office same authority letter that you issued to her for claim , this is to avoid payment in error
