We need a containerized Water Treatment Plant for the supply of
potable water to some villages in Cameroon where access to safe water
is an issue.
Please use the below information so that you can evaluate which of
your systems would be best suited to meet our requirements.

-Treats water to produce a clean clear and sterile water

-Plant is full automated requiring minimal supervision

-The design of the plant is made for a potable water production of 10 m³/ hour

-Able to meet World Health Organization Guidelines for Drinking Water
Quality from various sources of water such as rivers or dams

-All treatment chemicals supplied

-All necessary chemicals, pumps, tanks, instrumentation, and operating
instructions provided

-Plant setup and operator training provided

The river water is classified as unpolluted and the river water
quality has been graded Good

For the required power supply you should include a Diesel Generator
Set with the necessary power output.

Please understand that We will welcome any other enhancement that is
possible in the plant which may contribute towards better services to
our esteemed citizens and lastly there is a good budget for this
project.

Let me know if your company can handle such a contract to Supply,
install and commission the water treatment plant,.

We actually make accounts purely to collect spam and scam emails. Anything that comes into them is one of the two, and this email is from mine. It's basically going to be what's known as an overpayment scam, where they send you a fake cheque for an amount in excess of what you agreed and will ask you to forward the difference to another "contractor", maybe a delivery company or something similar. The cheque bounces, and you're out the amount you sent plus the amount again that you have to repay to the bank. Whatever you do, do not reply to them.

I can confirm this.

I shall pay 900 Euro plus 500 Euro later to "register" as a trader at his company. But I need to pay his accomplice of course, because I can not be there personally.

I shall buy him by 350.000 Euro later to him, because he is the "chairman of the CamCCUL contract award committee" because there is a 3.500.000 Euro contract waiting for me!

This criminal business unfortunately was not realized because of the lack of trust on my side

As concerns being enlisted with the contractors registry here.

It is an easy process. All you need to do is to submit certified copies of your company documents to the
registrar where they'll be duly registered into the registry's database.The
certification of the documents has to be normally done by local Cameroonian authorities.

Once your company's data is recorded withing the database, they'll immediately confirm their recognition of your company as an international contracting company which automatically qualifies your company to bid for restricted tenders. The only thing i can do is guide you and recommend you a specialized consultancy firm that can handle the process on your behalf because we have very little time left before the release of the tender.

I will like this to be done on or before December 27,2016 that is before the official release of the tender.

This is very important: Contact them on personal basis , you can tell
them a friend gave you their contact because they are good in that
domain.

Tell them you want to get your company enlisted as a
contractor with Contractors registry in Cameroon to enable you
qualify for tenders/ contracts and that you want it done on or before
December 27, 2016 and you want them to do it on your behalf.

They are better placed to provide you with any requirements needed to get the process done.

Do well to keep me informed on your communications with them, I
will appreciate if it can be done soonest so that we meet up with the
time left.
