After the talks, the scammer told the victim he will send the requested documents using the services of a delivery company called Global VastLogistics. The company was supposedly also located in US.

Before receiving his parcel, the victim received instead an email from the dellivery company:

Dear Client It is a pleasure to let you know that the custom clearance of your package went on very well even-though we had some complications which we are trying to take care of right now. But the issue at hand is that we can not still proceed with the delivery of your package because according to Custom Norms after the clearance of your package at the Custom Level your package has to be affiliated to our Insurance department so that it can be insured before we will able to embark with delivery of your package. Right now you are requested to make a Refundable Insurance Deposit of $1500. This money requested will be used to take care of all insurance bills and equally to finish to by pass the Custom authority.Most importantly this money will be refunded to you all upon delivery of your package. Thanks for your understanding

The victim received an offer for working abroad. He was told that he needs some documents, the one offering to provide those documents being STEVEN ROKENDON, from Baltimore,Maryland.USA, phone number +13023489274 and using the email address globaldocumentproducer2003@gmail.com.

The victim got in contact with a shipping company, being asked to fill a form with his credit card details on the delivery company site :

So this money situation is ridiculous. I said to use Etransfer, yet you went ahead and chose W.U when i specifically said Etransfer since I knew how that worked. Now ive got money wondering to someone I dont even know or even know if its to my dog. I was told 400 and now it keeps going up and up? This is ridiculous.

He uses the Alias's James Billy Bob and Ferdinand Bifana, uses the google voice numbers 19724549077 and 972-833-1920. The local police department has also been trying to reach you guys over these numbers as well. I have already been scammed by this individual, I would like you guys to open an investigation or at least block this individual.
