Be informed that the Principal Trustee of the original contractor in the name of Engr. Henry Dube has proceeded to the Capital Province, Pretoria accordingly to file the necessary applications with the appropriate departments to ensure prompt approvals.
On this note, he have gone to the High Court in Pretoria to sworn an affidavit transferring the rights and privileges of the original contactor to your favor as the sub-contract and all so the rightful beneficiary of $14.5 million US dollars. All these he have done to fulfill the pre-requisites needed for the transfer the rights and privileges of the original contractor to you.
Be informed that today, 10th of September, the principal trustee of the original contractor submitted to the Department of Finance the said application for transfer of rights and privileges with these vital documents attached to facilitate prompt approval. My chairman and the principal trustee has been assured by our contacts within the Finance Department that our application will be given due attention/consideration and hopefully before the middle of next week the necessary approval will be granted in your favor. We will equally send copies of these approvals to you for your perusal/records. We demand you to keep all these documents in a safe place as the South African Bank or the body concern might demand this from you as soon as the funds are ready to be transferred. We believe all things being equal we will conclude this transaction ASAP.
As you may wish to know, be rest assured that we have the full consent of the original contractor (Craggy leasing In’t ltd Dorset U.K.) through the connivance of her principal trustee (Engr. Henry Dube) to file for a change of ownership hence our collective decision to embark on this project (*see copy of sworn affidavit obtained earlier today in respect of that). We have equally budgeted about US$120,000.00 on our side in facilitating the successful completion of this transaction which we acquired through short term loans from mortgages / friends / relations and must be paid back in the next 3 weeks from the earmarked 5% for expenses.
Remember, we are working on limited time, with your full cooperation we will conclude this transaction successfully without any hitch. Endeavor to call me always as agreed upon earlier on to give you details of any development. Note that adequate records should be kept of all your expenses (e.g. telephone calls and other miscellaneous expenses). All expenses on both sides will be deducted before the eventual sharing of the US$14,500,000.00.
