USAGC.org Green Card lottery scam

I want to share my recent experience to add to yours as well with the USAGC.Org, below Are the details and mails received from this fraud so called organization:

Kindly note that on October the 1st, I paid for the services of Https:\ \usagc.org, below are the details:

1- I paid for the VIP service for my application to be submitted to the us immigration office, so the money I paid is for a 2 years premium service, Which the USAGC is now denying me this service
2- I was contacted on October the 4th by one of their staff her name is 'Paolin Miler', she was trying to rip me off, by illegally asking for my credit card details '4000 Euros', when I refused, they closed my account, which should be opened for the next 2 years (Now closed, after just 3 days only).
3- None of the promises/services was provided, my application was to be submitted, that wasn't done
4- I was entitled as a VIP user for their online support, phone support and mailing support, which I never received and now suddenly are not available.

Hi All,

I haven't read every ones story but I'm concerned as I have been dealing with this same organisation. Everything I read says not to trust them, the big difference is that my brother and his wife used their services.... and they are now living in the USA with the greencard that they won in the DV Lottery.

I'm concerned as it really does feel like a scam and they keep phoning wanting really huge sums of money (with the exchange rate, it's enough to bankrupt a person).
I know that the whole process is very expensive to have a professional handle it, but don't know if I should pull out now or hang in there and see what happens. I'm fully aware that this is not a guaranteed win. My brother got his after 6 years of applications and once being awarded his winning interview....still had the risk of not getting the greencard. However, the interview went well and he moved to the usa in November last year.

I'm trying to find definitive proof that they are running a scam. Everything I look at shows their website is registered in USA, their phone numbers are in USA etc.
All comments I'm reading are saying that the person wanted to register but they were asked for money so it's a scam. But where' the proof? How was it determined to be a scam? did you pay the money and then phone the US Government and verify your application was never sent in?

Please, if someone can direct me to some accurate information in this regard I'd appreciate it.
I'd hate to lose everything I have based on someone else's greed.

They may have USA servers and phone number to use for website, but that does not mean they are in the USA.
The people running the scam ARE IN RUSSIA. The phone numbers are REDIRECTED numbers.
They are Russian scammers, plain and simple. There is adequate proof in the topic. Do not send any more money to them.
The visa lottery program is FREE, and no work by any company will improve your chances of getting randomly chosen.

now I am applying for a non immigrant visa for tourism

I was wondering if they already apply on my behalf or not as they are showing that my application is submitted and in review.

Simple answer is do not deal with any visa consulting company about any USA immigration or visa process.
Deal ONLY DIRECTLY with the US State Department.

USAGC.org is a scam and there are many others online as well.scam.
Stay away from all of them. Read this entire topic so you know the pattern. Advance fees = SCAM.
