You and your firm are innocent victims of the scammer posted in this topic.
They are attempting to use your reputation for their own purposes of stealing money from their victims.

The scammer is using westkin-firms.com to fool people. We are in the process of closing his fake website down.

You may want to put a scam warning on your real sites that you listed on your post, and refer to the topic here ( scamsurvivors.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=55495 )
to convince other victims that may search that scammers are impersonating you. Once scammers find a company to impersonate, they may continue to do so, even after this one fake website has been taken down. A warning on your sites will help you to protect your reputation and make abusing your site's name much less desirable to them.
