I did do so because my friend found it at that moment which was last night but she is blocked and done with and now im wondering maybe some places that this person would post the video. it has not happened yet and even when i unblock her breifly they have not said anything but the video would be posted soon and that was last night soo i dont believe anything will happen but i dont know what else to do...

What steps, if any, have you already taken to block the scammer?: At first I was really scare and desperate,I'm not gonna lie, they asked me for 700 I told them I dont have the money,to make the story shorter I ending sending them 50 bucks. and then I reported to skype and close my facebook account and block her.

Anything you say may help prevent someone else from being scammed, no matter how trivial it may seem at the time.: no, that I was really scare and I just want to forget this, I still worried that they may find me and want me to send them more money or that they will actually put the video on my facebook.

What steps, if any, have you already taken to block the scammer?: I increased my privacy settings on Facebook from 99% save to 100% save. So actually the only thing people were able to see were the postings on my facebookpage. Now noone else besides my friends can see anything. Also I started a google alert for my name.

She's enrolled at Yamagata University in an Engineering course.

What steps, if any, have you already taken to block the scammer?: Locked down my facebook (everythings on scrict privacy, name changed, cover pic changed) tried to shut down the dating website entry but it wouldn't let me so i changed the name, area, deleted all pics and turned everything to 'nobody can interact'. Blocked the user on skype and havnt logged into it since (but i dont use it generally anyhow)
