The victim met the scammer on Chatroulette. The conversation moved on Skype, where the record was made. Money request from Morocco, Slimani Bouabid. After negotiating, the scammer accepted a smaller amount as the initial asked one. The scammer posted the video on Youtube and remove it, after the victim said he will pay. The victim paid, trying to buy more time. The victim reported to the Skype the fake profile used. The scammer has already another 3 accounts there...
