Calvary greeting my Dear Son.

After my due confirmation about the cost of the shipment and handling fee of your parcel (cheque) to your country address you forwarded to me. I found UPS as the cheapest company that will deliver your parcel as an official packages on a low price (by official diplomatic means) while it shall cost you $270 only. DHL REQUESTED THE SUM OF $380 WHICH IS VERY EXPENSIVE.
