The victim met the scammer on FB. He claimed to be US military located in Afghanistan. All the conversations were on FB. After romancing the victim, the scammer told her he is having a huge amount of money he need to sent out of the war zone and heeds the victim help. He claimed he converted the cash to gold and send it using the services of a courier company named Intraco-Log. I was contacted a couple of days ago by someone using the profile Williams Riggs on Instagram. He kept insisting he is a Captain, then he was promising me the world. I suspected it was a fake account because of the "broken English". There were too many grammar and spelling mistakes. I hope the scammer can be traced and given a befitting punishment
