The victim met the scammer on FB. The conversation moved on emails and phones and they developed a relationship.
He asked me to let him forward his money to my bank account for his oil he sold in Malaysia. He said his ship was under attack by pirates; I told him no, I couldn't let anyone have my account number. He said I didn't really love him and trust him. I don't know if he is a scammer but something isn't right. He was going to come to xxx from Malaysia to visit me. He emailed me a copy of his ticket.
