He claimed he was a civil engineer, and lived in Springfield, PA. H suddenly had to leave for Cape Town for business, to renovate an old refinery and a bridge. His laptop and phone were stolen, he claimed, and I sent him money to replace the lost items, so they can keep in touch. The victim became suspicious, and filed a complaint to the local police. He was asking for more money, prompting the victim to take a loan. He has a British accent.
