Thank you for your report, however, closing scammer accounts and profiles is absolutely the wrong theing to do!
And never, ever, "bust them," and tell them you know they are a scammer! This hurts victims, and is not a good ego-booster for you, it only makes you look misinformed about how scammers operate.
Do not report this scammer to okcupid, nor report their skype account for skype to close, please.

Thank you for pointing me out about the "rules" i didn't read in first place.
What I'm not so sure of, is how many people are smart enough to use Google as reference. That's my fear.
For sure I now know something more.

Most victims of the scammers posted here are unknown to anyone. Scammers can have a dozen or more victims at any one time.
Posting the scammer details for victims to find, and leaving the scammer profiles active for as long as possible saves the most victims. The 25 years of experience here of the staff dealing with scammers and the victims who do find the details online show that it is the best way to save victims.
The scammer MUST remain in the dark to the fact that we know he is a scammer. Closing profiles and email addresses alerts him. He will just continue on with victims with new emails and profiles already made, giving them an excuse of why his details changed, which they believe in most cases.
If the scammer changes details, victims will have NO PROOF that they are being scammed if they have doubts and search, and will then continue to talk to the scammer, thinking he is real.

that lady is the same one that your all talking about.. she goes as Debra Oates and she lives in AR. she just scam a good friend of mine out of 2 grand before i found out whom she was and all.. a few of her pictures came up on Google search when i placed them in the image search..

yeah i figured as soon i seen the posts about this person it just recently happened to some lady here in Pennsylvania again and the guy they were talking about kinda sounds like what this guy was doing to my friend.. Now the state troopers have all this guys info on what he did to that lady and i have been tell my friend to call the state cops and let them know the same crap happened to him but he wont listen

The header does not help much in this case - Gmail is hiding the IP of the sender.

Try, please, to check the header before posting - you have your own email address there too and it is better if that bit is not posted. If you are in contact with this scammer using your real life details best thing to do is to drop it without a word. Don't tell him you know he is a scammer, don't tell him he is reported here - those actions may jeopardize other victims and also the potential investigations the law enforcement may have in progress in this case.
