Just delete his emails unopened. If you can block his numbers, do it. If not, just don't pick up. If you accidentally pick up the phone and hear his voice, just hang up saying nothing. He may change his email and number trying to get you to respond, but do not give in. They can be persistent and try for a number of weeks to get you to talk. Stay strong and silent.
If anyone asks you for money on the Internet they are always a scammer, 100% of the time.

Floen Sandro has another email address floen.sandro@yahoo.com. I have read the emails he sent to other victims and they are identical to the ones I received. I am embarrassed and humiliated that I actually feel for this scam. He got R70,000 from me and then disappeared. It started with his daughter Sandra having an accident in the UK and she needed private hospital care which I took care of, with a promise that when he got off the ship in Mossel Bay, South Africa where he works as a Chemical Engineer he would give me the money back. Then he needed money for chemicals to complete his work in the ship the weekend before we were supposed to meet that was R25,000 then the transport carrying the chemicals had an accident and he needed more chemicals. I paid again, some of the money he asked to be transferred by Money market and I send him the code and he collects the money. The other monies where deposit into an account at FNB bank in South Africa which is actually a Chemical company but does not exist. Every time he told me he was coming off the ship for a weekend or leave suddenly something came up and he could not get off the ship, the helicopter didn't arrive it was sent to Angola on another project or the boat that collect them did not have fuel and he needed money to pay the boat driver. What I fool I have been to believe this man. At the end of it all I have lost R70,000. He is so convincing and has an answered for every question you ask and there is just no way that you can catch him out with anything you ask. All his requests for money were by phone and he sounded so embarrassed to ask for the money and just so sincere. I have learned a very expensive lesson and I don't know how I am every going to trust anyone again, but that is life.

I have read the emails he sent to other victims and they are identical to the others that I received. I am embarrassed and humiliated that I actually fell for this scam.
I paid him R70, 000 over a period of time of 3 months. He is a Chemical Engineer working on a rig in Mossel Bay, South Africa. He is so convincing and has an answer for every question you ask there is just no way that you can catch him out. All his requests for money were by phone and sms he sounded so embarrassed to ask for the money and was just so sincere that I had to believe him.
He will send you copies of his passport and bank statement to prove that he has funds to pay you back.
His emails were sent direct to my work email address. These are only two of the mails I deleted the rest when I realized this was a scam.

How did you find this information? Did you get emails from him?

I hope that you are not chasing your scammer around the internet.
This is bad for your recovery and will prolong your hurt.
You will never find the real man who hurt you, he will never be arrested, and you will never get your money back.
Stay away from all scammers using this innocent person's pictures for your own good, ok?
And stay away from other scammers online, too.
You need to work on recovering in your real life from the financial devastation he caused you, and the emotional hurt.
If anyone asks you for money on the Internet they are always a scammer, 100% of the time.

Just got an email from this one a few days ago. I'm wise to these kinds of things so saw it was a scam. But got intrigued because I'm Norwegian and hadn't seen that kind of 'white-guy-looking-for-love-in-SA' before, so did a reverse image search on the portrait at the bottom of the message and thus found this site.

So to contribute, the message i got was from 'Morten Kristian', looked like it came from Serious.Relationship@mail.zamtel.zm and included a short introductory text:
-------------------
Hello,
How are you doing?hope you are fine?I'm a widower and single i have only one child Sandra, she is so special to me.

I am looking for the right woman in my life,I attached a scanned letter about my self
with my picture in it.Please open my attached letter for more information about me.

Regards,
Morten.

and then an image with the full message and two pics. The headers are:
