New help room times.

We’ve made the decision to change the times our live help room is open during the Summer months.  The new times are 6pm to midnight, Monday to Friday.  Part of the reason for this is to make it more efficient.  We’re finding that people tend to arrive in the second half of the time it’s open, so by not having it open in the hours people are unlikely to visit, we can concentrate on other things on the site.
